PARKINSON HAND GAME - 帕金森手部康复

这款游戏是帕金森康复研究项目的一部分。我负责整个流程的制作,从设计到开发。游戏利用摄像头检测玩家的动作,使玩家能够与游戏内物体进行交互,因此具有良好的实用功能性与可访问性。该游戏能够鼓励帕金森病患者进行更多康复训练,并协助医生收集患者的运动数据,用于诊断与评估。

This game is a part of the Parkinson project. I am in charge of the whole production process, from design to development. The game utilizes the camera to detect the players’ movements, allowing them to interact with the in-game objects, so it has good functionality and accessibility. This game can motivate Parkinson patients to do more rehabilitation exercises, and assist the doctor to collect patients’ movement data for diagnosis. 

DESIGN THOUGHT 设计思路

我基于国际帕金森与运动障碍学会修订的《统一帕金森病评定量表(MDS-UPDRS)》第 3.6 节中握拳测试的动作要求与评估标准,设计了一款用于患者康复训练与数据采集的游戏。下面有游戏测试时的图片。

I designed a game for patient rehabilitation and data collection based on the actions and evaluation criteria of the fist-clenching test in section 3.6 of the Movement Disorder Society’s revision of the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS).

DATA COLLECTION 数据收集

玩家的手部运动数据以 XML 文件的形式保存。这种标记语言可以导入Excel,并在其中生成数据的可视化图表,从而辅助医生分析患者的身体状况。

The hand movement data from players is saved in the form of an XML file. This kind of markup Language can be imported into Excel Where the chart and graph of the data can be generated. It would assist the doctor to analyze the condition of a patient.
